SUMMARY

This single cask release was bottled to benefit the Friends of the Cedar Watershed, an organization dedicated to preserving the water source from which one of the most critical of our ingredients is derived. Proceeds from this decidedly malt-forward whiskey were donated to the Friends to help them continue their great work.

FLAVOR PROFILE

The nose leads with banana, syrup-soaked pancakes and a wine-like herbaceous note. All of these fall on a backdrop of very rich dark malt. The palate releases significant dark chocolate notes to go along with the pure malt character and a rich texture.
