HOLIDAY WHISKEY PUNCH
Ingredients
1.5 oz Westland Flagship Single Malt Whiskey
1.5 oz Cranberry juice
½ oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Ginger Ale
Rosemary sprig + fresh cranberries, for garnish
Directions: Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain into rocks class with fresh ice and top with ginger ale. Add sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries for garnish.
WESTLAND OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
2 oz Westland Flagship Single Malt Whiskey
½ oz demerara simple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange peel and cocktail cherry, for garnish
Directions: Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice. Shake or stir thoroughly for 10-15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice cube and top with garnishes.
WESTLAND BOULEVARDIER
Ingredients
2 oz Westland Flagship Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz Italian Bitter (Campari or other)
1 sweet red vermouth
Expressed lemon peel, for garnish
Directions: Combine the ingredients (except garnish) in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice. Shake or stir thoroughly for 10-15 seconds. Strain into rocks or coupe glass and serve with expressed lemon peel.
